Knock Down ( K D ) Customer Responsible

Hyundai Glovis' s KD Business collects automotive parts and modules from producing partners and efficiently distributes them to oversea production plants. We are looking for a "customer responsible" to assign at our Bursa/Turkey office with below mentioned qualification.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate from university,
• Minimum two years experience in sales, logistics and / or purchasing,
• Have good reporting, 
• Verbal & written Korean Language (interview will be held in Korean Language) and English communication skills,
• Good knowledge about Excel and MS Office programs,
• Strong skills of communication, planning and organisation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Follow up customer orders from ordering to invoicing,
  
• Create and follow up customer loading schedules,
  
• Follow up supply process from  purchase ordering  to receiving,
  
• Suppliers and customer unit price control and reporting,
  
• Export documentation handling , organize loadings,
  
• Buying and selling relevant control & follow up,
  
• Monthly unit prices control & follow up,
  
• Monthly estimated and actual selling & buying revenue follow up,
  
• Customer stock analyse and taking active role for on time delivery.
