Operation and Documentation Staff

As a Hyundai Motor Group company, we are handling logistics, shipping, warehousing, packaging, material and stock management operations globally and we are looking for " Operation and Documentation Staff " to assign at our İstanbul / TURKEY office with below mentioned qualifications.

• Preferably graduate from related branches of universities, 
• Verbal & written English communication skills, 
• Good knowledge about Excel and PowerPoint programmes, 
• Responsible mind and ability for overtime in needed situations,
• Willing to learn & challenge,
• Good problem solving and analytical skills,
• Strong accuracy and ability to prioritize tasks,
• Strong ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels
• Experienced in maritime transportation

İŞ TANIMI

• Collaborating with responsible parties for creating required documentation,
• Following-up document approval process with the customer,
• Gathering feedback and update the documentation as needed,
• Being ensure consistency of documentation in practice,
• Placing a booking in response to customer needs
