Senior Project Controller

IAS - Industrial Application Software is an ERP software developer operating in Switzerland, Germany, Turkey, Dubai, India, South Korea, and USA serving more than 30.000+ concurrent users in 30+ countries.

As a result of our continued growth, we have an immediate requirement for experienced Project Control Specialists at our organization. In this role you will be responsible for end to end supervision & control of our Customer ERP implementation projects and work closely with colleagues from other functional departments like Consulting, Sales, Competency center, etc.;

The positions are open for our offices in Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa, Gaziantep and İzmir with the responsibilities below:

• Work closely with project managers and consultants to ensure all budgeting, scheduling and coordination processes run smoothly.
• Continually Monitor and evaluate each step of projects to ensure it is in line with agreed project scope.
• Monitor progress, forecast and ensure projects are working within the confines of set deadlines and budget limitations. ·
• Assist the project manager with maintaining and reporting accurate project status by looking for irregularities in resource and project schedules
• Recognize which areas of project development need to be re-addressed in order to maintain efficiency and cost control.
• Complete Financial reconcillliation of the assigned projects
• Controlling change and recommending preventive actions
• Resolution of customer issues/disputes on projects via meetings or visits to customer premises
• Generate project progress  and status reports and communicate with upper-management on a weekly basis or as and when required

The ideal candidate has the qualifications below:

• Graduated from reputable universities in Turkey or abroad.
• 5+ years experience working in Professional Services organization or other consulting industry
• Experience in ERP industry is preferable
• Project Management or Project Coordination experience
• Execllent level of analytical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at a time
• Project Management trainings and certifications (PMP,CSM, Prince II) are highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English to interact with all levels of management and customers (proven by IELTS, TOEFL or PTE score).
