Job Description

• Support to execute and evolve customer specific (SMART) plans that cover overall strategy, specific goals (what will be achieved) and tactics (how this will be achieved)
  
• Negotiating with local and global insurance markets to obtain best terms, conditions, coverage and pricing for a client per Risk Practice guidelines
  
• Monitor, analyse changes in the market and report all competitor activities
  
• Providing technical advice, product expertise and comprehensive review of client’s risk, support sales team where needed.
  
• Creating solutions to clients with multiple options.
  
• Prepare offers for customers.
  
• Coordinate communication and information flow between customers and company, and report to department head.
  
• Good understanding of clients’ needs in terms of meeting/exceeding their expected service level and in terms of providing insightful information for management to widen product range of clients and identify opportunities.
  
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for clients and department head.Prepare product and solution presentations.
  
• Support all operational process including preperation of placement and payment documents etc.
  

Qualifications

• University degree from a reputable university
  
• Newly graduated or 1-3 years' of experience in the insurance sector, or as an insurance broker
  
• Fluent in both written and spoken English is an must
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills
  
• Teamplayer
  
• Detail oriented and must be able to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
  
• No military obligation for male candidates
  
• Willingness to work in Istanbul, Sarıyer - İstinye area
