ICBC Turkey Bank is searching for a colleague who meet the following criteria to be appointed as ‘’Assistant Manager” in the Head Office, Cash Management and Product Development Unit.

To fit this position, you need to have below qualifications:

·        Having Bachelor’s degree in related university departments;

·        Minimum 5 years-experience in banking sector;

·        Excellent command of spoken and written English;

·        Experience in cash management products and services;

·        Experience in new product development process;

·        Effective, analytical communication and presentation skills backed up with advanced Excel and Power Point skills;

·        Good command of Chinese is a plus.

You will have below responsibilities for this position:

·        Composing product development strategies, determining the opportunities for improving customer-oriented products and/or launching new products;

·        Providing coordination with related departments of the Bank and/or other institutions in the processes of launching new product/improving product features;

·        Monitoring and reporting the profitability and productivity of the products within the scope of the responsibility of the Cash Management and Product Development Unit, and conducting the improvement activities;

·        Monitoring the performances on branch/product/customer basis;

·        Guiding the branches for achievement of the targets;

·        Making account settlement with the institutions.
