ICBC Turkey Bank is searching for a colleague who meet the following criteria to be appointed as ‘’Assistant Manager” in the Head Office, Corporate Banking Department.

You will have below responsibilities for this position: 

·        Meeting the needs of customers, branches by correct products and developing the marketing activities in this direction; making visits to current/potential customers, together with the branches and providing active support to the branches in developing tailor-made solution proposals for customers;

·        Monitoring the performance of the corporate/commercial banking activities conducted by the branches; making analyses regarding credit utilization ratio and profitability of credit customers, or providing that such analyses are made;

·        Monitoring the portfolio regularly and managing daily businesses and transactions;

·        Following the activities of banks in domestic and external markets and their Corporate/Commercial Banking policies and contributing to development of new products;

·        Developing proposals intended to determine the Corporate/Commercial Banking strategies in parallel with the general policies and strategies of the Bank;

·        Ensuring collection of the information required to decide regarding pricing demands by the Branches within the scope of the pricing demands/tariffs published by the Corporate Banking Department;

·        Monitoring the credit proposals made by the branches and providing necessary directions to the branches;

·        Presenting proposals in the Credit Committees;

·        Determining the product/volume/profit targets on branch basis in line with the Corporate/Commercial Banking targets and strategies;

·        Conducting necessary preliminary studies for efficiency and performance evaluation meetings held for the purposes of evaluating the Corporate/Commercial Banking activities of the branches and monitoring their performances thereof on a regular basis.

To fit this position, you need to have below qualifications:

·        Having Bachelor’s degree in related university departments;

·        Minimum 5 years job experience in the corporate/commercial banking departments or branches;

·        Excellent command of spoken and written English;

·        Competence in corporate banking products and financial analysis;

·        Ability to work in a multi-task environment, strong problem-solving skills;

·        Taking initiative with a long-term perspective of adding value to the team;

·        Good command of Chinese is a plus.
