QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Performance Executive will play an important role in growing and improving the online marketing performance through analysis and experimentation. By a full view on all online marketing activities, this role will be key position in our team in translating consumer insights into digital performance marketing recommendations to create a full impact in media support.
This position will focus on managing performance marketing initiatives. The role requires a candidate with a strong search engine marketing, conversion optimization and online analysis skills.
Reporting to the manager, Sr. Performance Executive will be responsible for the following:
·Managing, optimizing and evaluating performance marketing channels such as Google Adwords, Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin) and Yandex.
·Structuring and restructuring both new and current clients’s campaigns.
·Keeping ad text, keyword, placement, app lists up-to-date and efficient.
·Measure and optimize campaigns performance by using analytics software tools. (Having a strong understanding of Google Analytics is a huge plus)
·Creating meaningful reports enriched with insights based on customers needs, goals and KPI's.
·Keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement tools.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
·Strong knowledge of online performance campaigns and metrics plus strong digital marketing understanding to drive high share of voice.
·Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
·Strong know-how with different data sources and data-driven marketing best practice.
·Advanced user of MS Office suite of products with strong project management skills.
