For the open position at Teknopark Istanbul office, we are looking for an energetic team member who will work as full-time Software Team Leader at an international project leaded by the leader of its sector. The candidate should have the following qualifications:

Education & Profile  

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering or related fields 
• Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience 
• Having experience in team leading activities for development teams 
• Having problem solving skills 
• Excellent communication skills in English 
• Reliable, responsible and self-motivated team player in international, collaborative and friendly group; curious about cultural diversity 
• Having proactive attitude and strong analytical skills 
• Fast rampup and capability to get the technical knowledge within the project 
• Eager to learn existing and new technologies & trends in software engineering

Technical Skills 

• Hands-on experience in object-oriented and multi-threaded software design & development 
• Hands-on experience in C++ (C++98) and Linux 
• Experience in Agile Framework (Scrum and Kanban) 
• Working knowledge of the full application development life cycle 
• Experience with version control tools, Confluence, Jira and continuous integration environment 
• Having knowledge of database architecture especially SQL DB 
• Experience in VOIP, SIP and telecommunication networks and standards 
• Experience in QT framework 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

As a part of VOIP Desktop phones project which is for the leader at its sector, the candidate will be responsible for the following as a member of global team: 

• Active player in international agile teams as a team leader & scrum master; work independently and cohesively with the team 
• Guide and lead team members in performing their activities 
• Take the overall responsibility of the products produced by the team 
• New feature design & development 
• Maintaining existing products based on customer requirements 
• Researching new technologies and best practices for new phone models 
• Evaluate new versions of the tools and technologies used for the development
