We are seeking a Business Development Manager,resident in İstanbul,  who will play a crucial role in business development process starting with lead qualification, elaboration of ICterra offering and value proposition until sales closure. Business Development Manager will work with global Sales team, Contract Management and Engineering to develop and present business solutions, align business needs and position ICterra experience and services highlighting competitive advantage.

 This candidate shall be able to map business requirements into ICterra capabilities and services, suggesting operational and business models, coordinating and integrating business development and presales activities across multiple remote teams at ICterra.

 This is an exciting sales role at a company, which is extending its operations in German and UK market with its 26+ years of experience in Software Engineering arena.

Key Responsibilities

• Continually acquire and structure in depth knowledge about our services and solutions with the aim to use for presales and marketing.
• Qualify leads, map Contacts in the Accounts, develop and maintain client relationship.
• Coordinate and manage presales activities  supporting international sales team
• Work with Engineering teams to align business requirements and technical solutions.
• Elaborate ICterra proposals integrating technical solution received from Engineering,estimates and timelines.
• Coordinate, track and report marketing activities.
• Manage activities in interest groups, clusters and other B2B events to develop network and leads
• Create presentations and present our services and solutions as necessary

 Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 5 years sales/business development experience in IT sector related with Software Services preferable with international stakeholders
• Knowledge and interest in Information and Communication Technologies and latest trends
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Ability to influence decision makers at all levels
• Prepared to travel frequently
• Self-motivated and target driven
