We are looking for an energetic team member who will work as full-time JAVA Automatic Software Test Engineer on an international project. This position is also applicable for working remotely. The candidate should have the following qualifications:

TASKS

As our Software Engineer in Test (m/f/d) you will track the development process of our products from start to finish. You will test each part of our code to make sure it meets our standards. You will also be responsible for detecting glitches as well as bugs and fixing them together. You will work in an interdisciplinary team consisting of Backend and Frontend Developers, Medical Specialists, User Experience Experts, and Product Owners within an Agile environment.

• You will design, develop and execute automated test cases in an Agile Environment
• You will identify, record, and track bugs
• You will create medical device documentation (IVDR)
• You will work in cross-functional teams to research and deploy innovative solutions
• You will mentor and support cross-functional team members on QA related topics
• You will work closely with Developers and Product Managers  

REQUIREMENTS

• You have a minimum 1 year of experience in automated software testing
• You are proficient with Java and/or TypeScript
• You understand RESTful APIs and messaging protocols (e.g. JSON)
• You have experience working with distributed version control systems such asGit/GitHub
• You worked with Jira or other similar defect tracking tools
• You are fluent in English 

Nice to have:

• You have experience with frameworks such as JUnit, Cypress, Gatling
• You are familiar with libraries such as Assert J, REST assured
• You have experience with performance testing
• You have experience with medical documentation
