QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an energetic team member who will work as full-time Technical Support Expert and to be assigned at Teknopark Istanbul office with following qualifications:


Education & Profile


  • BS or equivalent degree in Computer Technology or Electronic departments
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in end user support
  • Team worker, proactive attitude, strong analytical skills

Technical Skills


  • Experience in MS Windows OS and Active Directory
  • Experience in installing, configuring and problem fixing of hardwares (Server, PC/Notebook, Printer, Scanner, etc.)
  • Experience in installation/ administration and problem fixing of Windows 8.1/ 10
  • Experience in basic network troubleshooting
  • Experience in installation/administration and problem fixing of Office 365, 2016
  • Additional skills to be considered as advantages
  • Microsoft Wndows Server Installation, Administration
  • DHCP/DNS Administration
  • Installation of virtual operating systems (Windows, Linux)

Job Description


  • Providing installation, upgrade, configuration, and advanced troubleshooting on computers, peripherals, and communication devices and peripherals
  • Computer imaging
  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • Procurement and Inventory management of hardware/software
  • Following best practices to ensure information security
  • Providing technical assistance to the end user either by phone, mails, or in person

More than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate)
