We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our finance team in İkitelli factory.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. degree in Finance, B.A., Economics, Accounting or Industrial Engineering,
• Min. 5 years of experience in financial analysis or financial controlling,
• Excellent command of English, comfortable with giving presentations in English,
• Excellent command of MS-Office tools, ERP experience is an asset,
• Strong analytical skills, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic,
• Good time management and multitasking skills and ability to work with deadlines,
• Enjoys learning and personal development,
• Outstanding attention to details and accuracy,
• Team worker and strong in interpersonal relationships,
• Proactive and problem solving attitude,
• Residing in Istanbul European side is prefered.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization,
• Following up all the accounts payable and receivable of the company,
• Following up and making all tax payments and salary payments,
• Managing all the monetary transactions with the banks and clients,
• Monitoring overdue accounts,
• Reviewing accruals with accounting monthly,
• Preparing reports including fixed and variable costs of the company,
• Creating and maintaining profitability reports to ensure proper charges are administered,
• Being responsible for the month-end close process and the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements,
• Developing financial policies for management of assets and liabilities,
• Making suggestions to maintain financial progress, guiding the company about the investment tools,
• Creating analyses, commentary, and presentation materials for Management Meetings.
