GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated from related departments of reputable universities (preferably with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or relevant),
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position,
Excellent command of written and spoken English,
Very good command of PC and MS Office programs,
Ability to organize and manage daily activities,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Strong presentation skills and analytical thinking ability,
Initiative taker, forward-thinking, detail-oriented attitude,
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work,
Strong multitasking, organizational and problem solving skills,
Working knowledge of office equipment,
Able to handle high-level confidential information,
Dynamic and enthusiastic,
Residing in Ankara
JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform secretarial and administrative assistance including schedule and coordination of meetings, appointments, travel and logistic arrangements,
Prepare expense reports, track reimbursements,
Order supplies, equipment and other such purchases,
Prepare and edit reports and presentations using Microsoft Office software; organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files,
Provide project management assistance,
Perform internal and external communication,
