Quality Engineer

IHI DALGAKIRAN MACHINERY was established with the partnership of IHI Holding from Japan and DALGAKIRAN Group from Turkey. IHI DALGAKIRAN is the first and only Turbo Compressor manufacturer of our country. 

To be assigned as a Quality Engineer at our company’s Kocaeli / Dilovası location;  

• University degree from preferable Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Departments,
• Fluent in English both written and spoken,
• Minimum 3 years of quality experience ,
• Experienced in Quality Management Systems especially ISO 9001:2015,
• Having continuously improvement approach,
• Experienced in documentation both preparation and following-up,
• Having an analytical, critical and detailed approach and proactive problem solving skills,
• Good teamwork and communication skills,
• No restriction for travelling,
• Residing in Istanbul-Anatolian side or Kocaeli (İzmit, Derince, Körfez, Dilovası, Gebze, Çayırova) or relocate,

İŞ TANIMI

• Performing process quality control monitoring, detecting non-conformities, reporting, and conducting efforts to reduce defect rates,
  
• Following all the quality control activities that are actually found and applied at all stages of production,
• Experienced in building  ISO systems and documentation,
  
• Experienced in welding processes in production,
• Reporting and monitoring of supplier defects that detected in input quality control or process,
• Plan and carry out improvement works to reduce detected defects in process and input quality control (internal quality trainings, inpections to supplier, etc.)
• Test, evaluate, report and follow up the products and parts supplied within the scope of the first sample with the R & D department,
  
• Within the ISO 14001:2015 determination and monitoring of waste generated in processes and following up studies to reduce the waste, 
  
• Supply and work in coordination with Procurement, Planning and R&D departments and take an active role on supplier evaluation process,
• Give quality control trainings to his/her department,
