Accounting Specialist

What you will do is;

• Tracking approved purchase orders
• Checking the compliance of invoices with legal regulations
• Matching the invoices with the POs and entry slips,  accounting them in accordance with law
• Issuing sales invoices (A/R) according to company procedures and legal requirements
• Supporting period-end inventory counting process
• Determining the variances on expenses by comparing with the budget
• Performing current account reconciliations and reporting the results quarterly
• Keeping the record of daily bank account activities
• Making BA/BS reconciliations

What we are looking for;

• Bachelor or Master degree on Economics, BA or related fields
• Min. 3 years of experience in accounting roles (preferably in multinational companies)
• Fluency in English
• Experienced in ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent command of Ms Office programmes
• Being a SMMM intern will be an asset
