Here at Imperial Tobacco Manisa Plant we have an exciting opportunity with our Engineer Talent Program, we target to help the selected individuals enrich their talent by offering well-designed training plans, mentorship, and rotation programs across departments. These programs are designed to be supported with regular feedback sessions.

Throughout the program, the selected individuals are expected to actively get involved in projects and daily tasks. They will be provided the opportunity to assume responsibility in projects with the support of mentors as part of the Engineering Talent Program.

The graduate program will last for 8 months and will include several job rotations. Imperial Tobacco Turkey is looking to hire a number of graduate trainees by end of the program.

Qualifications

Don’t miss this opportunity if you meet requirements below:

• Fresh graduated from Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
• Who aims to work at Production & Technical & Electronics departments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English is a must
• Eager to learn in a global environment
• Interested in FMCG field
