Technical Service Engineer

Franklin Electric, one of the leading manufacturers of international water and fueling systems, is looking for an ‘’Technical Service Engineer Franklin Fueling Systems ’’ in Sales Departmant. The position will be based in Istanbul site.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering
• Min 3 years of experience
• High communication and organization skills, a good team player
• Strong technical reporting and presentation skills
• Fluent both spoken and written in English 
• MS Office skills
• No restriction for travelling -able to travel 25 weeks a year
• Experience in the FFS sector is preferred
• Reason for preference for residence in Istanbul

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for providing high-level second-tier product-specific technical information and support to internal and external customers. Advises and recommends solutions to customers while presenting additional products and services as warranted.

• Provides technical support and troubleshooting for product lines internal and or external customers.
• Training our distributors and customers about our products.       
• Provides scheduled and emergency onsite technical support to customers as required.        
• Supervision during the solution, interacts directly with clients/customers to resolve technical issues in a timely.        
• Follows up with customers to verify that solutions are successful.
• Answer the questions related technical issues.      
• Reducing the monitoring temperature during material setups.       
•  Identifies opportunities for additional sales to ensure customer needs are met and growth opportunities are maximized.
