ERP Business Analyst

The world leader in water and fuel pump systems, Franklin Electric's production facility in Torbalı is Impo Motor Pump Industry and Trade Inc. We are looking for a ERP Business Analyst'' with the following qualifications to be assigned to.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• At least 5 years of related experience in ERP Systems (JD Edwards Enterprise One preferred).
• Experience with agile development methods (preferred).
• Experience in multinational companies.

JOB Description

Analyze organization business processes and systems (Finance, Distribution and Manufacturing) and automate/optimize processes through a third-party enterprise resource planning system (JD Edwards Enterprise One). Apply functional knowledge to design and customization of workflow systems that provide seamless integration for client/server applications. Supports International Country Localization/Legal processes and interfaces to reporting agencies. Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with production issues. Provides assistance to the Development team. Reports to ERP Business Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Service Operation

• Responds to internal customers to resolve their technology problems.
• Enters and manages Incident and Service Request tickets in ServiceNow, IT Service Management Application.
•  Provides technical support related for Finance/Distribution/Manufacturing  systems used by Franklin Electric employees across all business functions.
• Provides Localization support for Europe, Asia and Africa company facilities.
• Designs processes and improvements to resolve end user technology issues.
• Coordinates activities with internal auditors and other financial compliance staff to ensure that all Finance systems remain qualified and validated and activities are consistent with corporate standards.

 Project Management

• Leads small to medium scale projects related to E1 Localization Integrations.
• Documents project plans, budgets, requirements and testing.
• Keeps project team organized and on task.

Skills and Abilities

• Language – Strong English speaking.
• Communication, Problem Solving, Decision Making,  Presentation Skills, Business Process Knowledge, Requirements Definition, Project Management , Cost/Benefit Analysis,  Strategic Planning

Computer Skills

• Strong experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
• Strong ERP application understanding at the functional and technical levels. (JDE preffered)
• Experience developing and maintaining JDE Enterprise One setups utilizing Object Management Workbench (OMW).

Envıronmental Conditions

• Up to 20% travel should be expected for this position.
