We are seeking experienced Shipping Agency Staff to join our team.

Essential Skills:

• Ideally 2-4 years of work experience in a similar role
• Fluency in both written and spoken English

• Knowledge of local regulations and laws

• Advance knowledge of strait passage and port call regulations

• Holding Ship Agency Personal Identifaction Card

Job Description:

• Coordinating ships' calls across Türkiye and passing through Turkish Straits with the principals and captains.
• Keeping clients regularly updated with the developments.
• Coordinating crew changes, supplies etc as per requests of principals.
• To follow up the official payments of vessels and have them paid to the authorities in time.

• Ensure that client and ISS KPl's are met.
