İnci GS Yuasa Akü Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. has 3 plants in Manisa and a Central Sales & Marketing Office in İstanbul. The 2nd plant in Manisa which became operational in 2011 is the first plant in Turkey to operate under a BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certificate. With the inclusion of the 3rd plant in April 2019, İnci GS Yuasa has become the biggest battery manufacturer in the Turkish automotive industry.

Running its business under the brand names of İnci Akü, Yuasa, EAS, Hugel, Blizzaro, GS and İnci Battery the company has a total of 80 core dealers with 200 Energy Experts and a total of 3,500 point-of-sale and 300 authorized service centers in order to meet the needs of its customers across the country. We are seeking for a ‘Production Engineer' with below qualifications to work for our company İnci GS Yuasa Aku Manisa Plant in Factory Management.

• Graduated from Engineering Faculties of the Universities 
• 2-5 years experience,
• Good English command (Min. C-1 Level),
• Experience and knowledge on IATF 16949 Quality Management System and on automotive sector are preferred,
• Good interpersonal skills, team player, open to learning and development.
• Good communication and presentation skills,
• Residence in Manisa or İzmir is required.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organizing the work order in accordance with the daily work orders given by the planning department,
• Carrying out necessary activities in line with the quality system and management techniques in use,
• Taking action in case of problems by ensuring hourly production system monitoring,
• Following the parameters related to the production process, continuing to work towards continuous improvement and reporting,
• Determining the training needs of its blue-collar employees, reporting them to the relevant units and performing performance evaluations,
• Designing in-department processes for quality, environment, occupational health and safety systems, and ensuring that its employees work in this direction.
