We are looking for a “Sales and Marketing Director(EMEA Region)” for our customer with foreign capital, who produces furniture and equipment for work and production areas.

Bachelor or Master degree in an related field.

Additional education in sales and marketing is preferred

Minimum 10 years experiences in sales and marketing position.

Minimum 5 years experiences in a similar field

Excellent level of English both written and spoken

Commercial acumen with customer focus

Self-motivated with a pro-active approach to problem solving

Proven ability in appropriate competencies

Ability to acquire new business within existing and new customers

No obstacle for travelling

No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

Development of a strategy and a plan for the development of the enterprise (market analysis, competitors, marketing, etc.)

Analysis of the current work of the enterprise and prompt response to a failure in the production process in order to normalize the situation

Monitoring compliance with the budget for the enterprise as a whole and for its divisions

Study of financial indicators for the purpose of making managerial decisions

Preparation of strategic and operational plans for the economic and production activities of the organization

Control over the execution of the developed plans

Development of measures to expand sales markets and increase sales volumes

Managing employees of your department (recruitment, training, motivation)

Monitoring the efficiency of resource use

Sales management (execution of plans, building business processes, department management, motivation, kpı development, accounting and automation of work)

Development and implementation of pricing and marketing policy

Know the subtleties of budgeting

Negotiating with suppliers and buyers (mainly in europe)

Drawing up long-term strategic plans

İdentification and expansion of sales channels for goods and services

Development and implementation of marketing policy

Management of sales activities
