You have a graduate degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.  You possess great understanding of IT service management, good practices of IT support processes, ITIL awareness.  You have an experience background in various IT roles at Retail Companies for at least 5 years. You are fluent in English. You have great Network knowledge and a good command of MS Office Programs.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

As an IT Specialist some of your main responsibilities will be:

• Following ongoing incidents, requests, and changes for TR office
• Managing, coordinating, and executing all on-site infrastructure changes and tasks
• Organizing the experience in User Permission Management through Active Directory
• Supporting hardware and software needs of end users
• Improving any kind of IT services for user experience
• Increasing the number and quality of the local solutions
• Assisting the roll-out of major and global projects where needed
• Contributing IT documentation pro-actively, write and revise KB articles as a part of performance metrics
• Organizing repetitive end user trainings on various IT topics and provided services
• Conducting daily operations
• Providing support to existing applications and to store sw/hw solutions
