Required Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting /Finance; CPA qualification desirable
• Min. 3 years’ experience; experience in a reputed audit firm or manufacturing industry preferred 
• Have experience on related custom and tax laws
• Have experience stock management process,
• ERP working experience; Knowledge and experience on Netsis ERP system will be added advantage
• Have a good skill in MS Offices; should be proficient in MS Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Have good English skill, team worker, etc.

Main Responsibilities

• Ability to lead Accounting functions, the closing process
• Record the raw material and packing materials and their related logistic, demurrage, storage, custom funds or other expenses to the system and check the waybills, transfer stock to production and complete import closing process
• Communicate with foreign suppliers and follow up the reconciliation process, complete the record on system,
• Monthly accounts finalization process; Monthly/quarterly Accounting MIS preparation.
• Preparation of Accounts Control reports & monitoring.
• Budgeting 
• Coordinate with auditors. Prepare reports for auditors.
• Inter-group reconciliation and consolidation process.
