Sales Order Manager

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree preferably Engineering Departments 
• Similar experience at least 8-10 years 
• A hard working, have planning skills, ambitious, energetic team player with good interpersonal skills 
• Fluency in English is a must 
• Good command of MS Office programs, knowlegde ERP system  
• No military service obligation for male candidates  

Job Description  

Manage deliveries with Local / Export Sales team and Warehouse 

• Enter orders / check price list / delivery leadtime / transfer to MO or PO 
• Send pick list to Warehouse  
• Prepare transportation documents  with Warehouse / Export team ( e-deliveries) 
• Invoice customers ( e-invoicing) 

Manage Legrand Group Projects / orders for Manufacturing products 

• Reply to subsidiary regarding leadtime with Export Sales  
• Check the orders and special projects 
• Follow the project process between Turkey and Subsidiary  

Control of activities 

•  Invoicing accuracy verification  
•  Consignment inventory management  
•  After Sales warranty cost inventory management  
•  General price lists control into the system 

Manage Forecasts with Supply Chain Department 

• Local Market : Plan and participate to validation meetings with Sales team, check the meeting report 
• Check the sales trends of important families, preparation about the campaigns, new launch families etc. 
• Group Markets : Participate to SOP meeting with the Group and prepare data  
  
  

 Support Management of Trading inventory with Trading Import-Export Department

•  Define Inventory level according to target 
  
•  Check Trading products slow movers, comments, necessary actions
