If you want to be the “Chargeback and Clearing Assistant Vice President” at Card Systems Operations Group to be responsible for examining and concluding customer requests and objections;

If you think you have most of the following qualifications;

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering and/or other relevant areas,

·         Minimum 4 years of experience at Chargeback services,

·         In-depth knowledge about  rules and applications of Visa, Mastercard, and BKM

·         Excellent team-player with strong analytical and quantitative skills,

·         Advanced level of English and Turkish written and verbal proficiency,

·         Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel) programs,

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilites;

·         Investigate, evaluate and report all cardholder requests or problems those are submitted in written statements or via Call Center or Branches

·         Initiate and follow up cardholder requests in terms of internal and cross-border chargeback rules  until finalizing the request

·         Handle and manage Visa, Mastercard and BKM clearing and reconciliation operations
