CRM Platform Management (Senior) Specialist

If you want to be the “CRM Platform Management (Senior) Specialist” we are searching for our Retail Banking group umbrella as a CRM Platform Management team member in Maslak headquarters to take care of develop CRM Projects. If you think you have the following qualifications, you may be our next team mate to work in a global company with flexible hours in casual dress-code every day, and in flexible places 2 days a week in our Maslak Headquarters.

If you think you have the following qualifications;

  • Bachelors degree in MIS, business management or industrial engineering, informatics or relevant analytics fields
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Experience in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Time management and organization capabilities

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilites;

  • Identify business requirements to develop CRM projects supporting CRM strategies and giving executive customer experience inline with the marketing perspective and customer needs
  • Identify business requirements allign with the related business lines in the scope of CRM capabilities and manage these requirements as a Project
  • To provide targeted structers by working with all related business lines, product units, channel management and technology teams
  • Follow up and coordinate the tasks to meet the marketing needs suitably
  • To brief relevant steakholders frequently and documentation of the tasks provide targeted user support programmes
  • Motivated self-starter with strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Time management and organization capabilities
