If you think you are the ideal candidate for our “Mid-Corporate Lending Specialist” position, in our Mid-Corporate Banking Group, knowing that you will be responsible for evaluating credit proposals in accordance with principles of safety and followability, determining credit needs accurately, and expressing an opinion on the loan requested; providing exchange of information on the proposal between branches holding Commercial Banking personnel, Credit Allocation Groups and Commercial Banking Sales Management Group during approval process of credit proposals;

If you think you have the following qualifications;

o   Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering)

o   Minimum 2 years of banking experience 

o   Strong analytic perspective, statistics knowledge and financial modeling skills

o   Good at communication and coordination, team-work, analytical thinking, highly motivated, multi-task and result oriented personality

o   Good command of MS Office programs especially MS Excel and PowerPoint

o   Good command of written and verbal English and Turkish

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;

o   Providing workflow, coordination and control in relation to credit offers in the process of limit allocation, regarding existing or prospective commercial loan customers within the limits reported with announcements

o   Making branch and customer visits if necessary

o   Carrying out all tasks and tasks related to the workflow of the Department

o   Contributing to the development of customer work in cooperation with the Commercial Banking Sales Management Group and other related departments

o   Ensuring the compilation of market and company information from the branches that are the responsibility and presenting them to the manager

o   Taking active roles in the committees and working groups established for the preparation of implementation procedures in compliance with the Bank's policies on all matters in the field of commercial banking

o   Coordinating with the other departments of the Bank in accordance with the knowledge of the brunch manager and to guide them in order to solve the problems transmitted by the branches

o   Preparing the external and internal correspondence

o   Evaluating the customer interview reports of the branches that are the responsibility, and informing the Manager about the necessary issues
