If you think you are the ideal candidate for our “Outsource Sales Coordination Business Manager”position in our Retail Banking Group located in Maslak HQ, to be responsible for the coordination of outsource sales teams (insurance and loan products/targets);
If you think you have the following qualifications;
· Bachelor's degree (master’s degree will be a plus)
· Minimum 2 years of experience managing a call center sales team
· Sales oriented and target driven, good at communication and coordination, team-work, analytical thinking, highly motivated and result oriented personality
· Good technical skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM environment
· Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish
If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;
· Meet and exceed retail banking sales quotas and goals by maximizing the sales team’s production by fostering a culture of high accountability, strong work habits and consistent training/practice
· Oversee the Sales Department and spearhead the effort to drive revenue through Recruiting, Training, Coaching, and Managing all sales agents
· Work with other stakeholders, primarily product teams
· Develop and maintain sales Standard Operational Procedures
· Measure and assess sales Operations effectiveness and efficiency through maintaining and developing business intelligence tools to track sales KPIs; N Leads, conversion rates, revenue per sale, refund rate, quality monitoring and performance against productivity KPIs
· Provide and present data-driven performance feedback to senior management team and stakeholders
