If you think you are the ideal candidate for our “Process & Operational Excellence Team Leader” position knowing that you will be responsible for ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources, to achieve project objectives;

If you think you have the following qualifications;

·         Bachelors degree (preferably from Engineering)

·         Minimum 8 years of proven and progressive process improvement, re-engineering experience

·         Project Management skills and experience in preferably a corporate and multinational company

·         LEAN or Six-Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus

·         Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE, etc.) is a plus

·         Ability to run and manage several initiatives in parallel

·         Excellent organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented and forward thinking

·         Good interpersonal skills, has cross functional working background, ability to deal with large groups of people toward common objectives

·         Good at communication and coordination, team-work, analytical thinking, highly motivated and result oriented personality

·         Open-minded with perfect knowledge of new technologies

·         Good command of MS office programs especially MS Excel, Power Point and Visio (SQL and ARIS process management tool knowledge is a plus)

·         Good command of written and verbal English and Turkish

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilites;

·         Using tools from Six Sigma, LEAN, Project Management and Change Management to consult business and executive management to develop strategic recommendations to improve Bank-wide and cross-business processes and programs at an enterprise level

·         Integrating and developing processes that meet business needs across the organization, managing complex issues within functional areas of expertise, contributing to the execution of projects to meet targets while ensuring compliance

·         Knowledge Leader: Actively lead and coach cross-functional project teams in the application of Lean, Six Sigma and other process improvement, process design, project and change management best

·         Business Advisor: Partner and act as a resource to business units in identifying and prioritizing process improvement projects and in developing business cases; you will also provide project status updates, feedback and appropriate reporting on selected projects

·         Effective Communication: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors

·         Flexibility & Adaptability: Knowledge of successful approaches, tools, and techniques for dealing with changes and adapting to a changing environment; ability to adapt as needed

·         Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations

·         Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis and the ability to determine the root cause of diverse problems and create alternative solutions that resolve the problems in the best interest of the business
