If you want to be the “Software Developer” we are searching for our Software Development Technology team in Maslak headquarters to take care of Credits Group, to create and manage tools to speed up development processes and manage applications of IT, you may be our next team mate to work in a global company with flexible hours in casual dress-code every day, and in flexible places 2 days a week in our Maslak Headquarters,

If you think you have most of the following qualifications;

• Bachelors degree in computer engineering or relevant fields
• Minimum 2 years of similar work experience
• Experience on the one or more items of the following is a plus; Retail Credits, Corporate Credits, Collection & Non Performing Loans, Bancassurance
• Knowledge of ASP.NET, WCF, PL/SQL, Java
• Knows and implements agile methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written English and Turkish communication skills
• Motivated, self-starter with strong problem solving ability
• Ambitious to learn about emerging technologies and to keep him/herself up to date
• Motivated self-starter and team-player with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated understanding of tools and projects from perspective of clients and business

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilites;

• Understand user needs/demands and focus on the business outcome to develop or maintain codes for preparing needed data
• Carry out technical design, coding, unit tests and technical documentation activities after determination of compliance
• Evaluate the test results and make the necessary arrangements
• Contribute to the preparation of required standards, preparation of documents and forms and to comply with the standards
• Monitor technological developments and propose the implementation of those that may be implemented; contribute to the improvement of business processes and standards
• Resolve the event and problem records directed to him / her
