If you think you are the ideal candidate for our“Bancassurance Marketing, Product Management and Business Development Assistant Vice President / Specialist”position, in our Retail BankingGroup, knowing that you will be responsible formarketing, product management and business development of insurance and pension products including IT developments, process excellence, marketing and digitalization activities;

If you think you have the following qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Economics, Business Administration, Engineering)
  
• Minimum 5 years of similar experience for AVP, minimum 2 years of similar experience for Specialist (Bancassurance or product management experience is a plus)·Good at communication and coordination, team-work, analytical thinking, highly motivated, multi-task and result oriented personality
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
  
• Good command of MS office programs especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
  
• Good command of written and verbal English and Turkish
  

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;

• Collaborating and working closely with insurance partners, IT, product, marketing and digital teams within the bank
  
• Determining and designing operational, product and service needs in insurance and pension products
  
• Ensuring marketing activities conducted through well planned and executed marketing plan
  
• Managing both internal and external stakeholders to ensure technology infrastructure and operational processes are able to develop bancassurance business with an agile teamwork
  
• Acting as the contact person between insurance companies and ING Turkey in terms of new product/service development and marketing activities
  
• Following up and developing insurance changes in digital and strategic partnership environment and increasing insurance penetration rates in terms of sales and services
  
• Ensuring compliance to laws, regulations, local/global policies and procedures
