If you want to be the “System Manager” we are searching for our System Manager Technology team in Umraniye to take care of Genesys system and call center applications of IT,

If you think you have most of the following qualifications;

• Bachelors degree in computer engineering or relevant fields
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience
• Have detailed technical knowledge on communication technologies (IP telephony and signaling, unified communications, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Motivated self-starter with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Time management and organization capabilities

İŞ TANIMI

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilites;

• Design, installation, management, documentation and operation of call center applications and systems such as Genesys PBX, voice recording, work force management, speech analytics, speech authentication
• Planning and performing operating system and application updates  upgrades
• Involving in processes like project management, POC, preparing specifications, vendor management
• Aligning managed systems to ING infrastructure and security standards
