Join our Technology team as '' Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst '' and discover the life at ING. This role will be a part of our Digital Transformation Project of ING Turkey's following Software Development teams:

 If you think you have the following qualifications;

• University degree at Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronic Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Management Information Systems or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same domains
• Knowledge of banking practices, current legislation and system development processes
• PLSQL / SQL knowledge
• Experience in agile / scrum methodology
• Strong communication (both verbal and written) and problem solving skills
• Highly motivated in working and learning with digital & different Technologies
• A good team player within critical thinking, negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Conducting business & technical analysis for business requirements
• Coordinating the projects with other teams
• Managing and maintaining test automation processes
• Maintaining and improving existing applications
• Analyzing and solving production problems
