Job Description:

Participating in the general administration of the finance function. This may include more specialized or specific administering activities such as accounting, accounts receivable, treasury management 

Performing periodical reconciliations with customers, vendors and banks 

Handling all cash & banks transactions on daily basis 

Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly cash transactions & handling with cash forecasts

Assisting Finance Manager for managing of monthly accruals

Assisting Finance Manager for preparation and submission of BA-BS fiscal office declaration forms

Assisting in month-end closing process. 

Supporting the Finance Manager with projects and tasks when required 

Preparation of budgeted/actual results and variance analysis 

Take an active role in the collection improvement process 

 Comply with the information security policy and local quality certificates and procedures 

 Comply with all regulatory procedures applicable to the role 

Qualifications:

University degree from related departments (preferably economics, business administration)

Minimum 3 years experiences in finance department 

Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements 

Experience using financial software (preferably SAP) 

Advanced MS Excel skills 

Fluent language skill in English 

Excellent analytical and numerical skills 

Multinational company experience is an asset 

Good communication and interpersonal skills 

Hardworking and teamwork oriented
