QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Launched in 2012 ininal is dominating Turkish non-banking prepaid payment market and displays the true potential of independent fintech companies without the backing of banks. ininal continues to elevate its offerings and expand the non-bank transactional banking ecosystem.

 

Today, ininal boasts an e-wallet with e-pin sales, bill payment and money transfer features. The platform has more than 50 open APIs allowing other start-up and companies to introduce their own payment tools alike. 

 

ininal Cards can be acquired from 20 thousand neighbouring markets such as Şok Market, Migros and many retail stores such as D&R, Teknosa, Vatan Bilgisayar. ininal accounts can be topped-up from more than 75 thousand locations such as numerous ATMs, D&R, KIM Market, Migros, Pratik İşlem, PTT offices, Şok Market, Teknosa and Vatan Bilgisayar, providing a wider reach than any single bank. 

 

In 2017, ininal has obtained a business license for electronic money from BRSA (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency of Turkey). Ranked first by public vote at 2016 European Fintech Awards, ininal has been bestowed numerous awards by reputable parties including 2015 EY Accelerating Entrepreneurs Programme Final Participant, 2014 Europe Red Herring Winner, 2014 BBVA Open Talent Finalist / New Banking Category and many more. ininal has been voted as The Fintech of the Year of 2019 by Webrazzi Prizes.

 

We are looking for a self-motivated, fast-learner Business Development Specialist to join our Business Development and Partnerships department.

 

What we are looking for

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably from, Engineering, Economics, and Business Administration)
  • MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
  • Between 2-3 years of experience in a customer-oriented positions; in sales or business development and account management responsibilities in technology-driven companies, especially in fin-techs, banks, telco etc.
  • B2B sales experience is a plus
  • Good at communication and coordination, teamwork, analytical thinking, highly motivated, multi- task and result and detail-oriented personality
  • A learner mindset with willingness to try new approaches, innovate, and improve
  • Knowledge in analysis as well as data management
  • Excellent command of MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
  • A good command of written and spoken English

 

What you will do

 

  • Work with ininal’s Business Development & Channel Sales Department to continually improve partnership practices, grow our portfolio of partners and clients, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage and grow our sales channels
  • Investigating potential businesses to identify Business Development possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
  • Managing customer relations with regular visits and establish further marketing activities,
  • Demonstrated ability to identify new needs, new product developments, new concepts of products, new services in order to anticipate and alert on market moves
  • Delivery of improved financial performance, per card and per customer, monitor the results of portfolio management
