Launched in 2012 ininal is dominating Turkish non-banking prepaid payment market and displays the true potential of independent fintech companies without the backing of banks. ininal continues to elevate its offerings and expand the non-bank transactional banking ecosystem.

 

Today, ininal boasts an e-wallet with e-pin sales, bill payment and money transfer features. The platform has more than 50 open APIs allowing other start-up and companies to introduce their own payment tools alike. 

 

ininal Cards can be acquired from 20 thousand neighbouring markets such as Şok Market, Migros and many retail stores such as D&R, Teknosa, Vatan Bilgisayar. ininal accounts can be topped-up from more than 75 thousand locations such as numerous ATMs, D&R, KIM Market, Migros, Pratik İşlem, PTT offices, Şok Market, Teknosa and Vatan Bilgisayar, providing a wider reach than any single bank. 

In 2017, ininal has obtained a business license for electronic money from BRSA (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency of Turkey). Ranked first by public vote at 2016 European Fintech Awards, ininal has been bestowed numerous awards by reputable parties including 2015 EY Accelerating Entrepreneurs Programme Final Participant, 2014 Europe Red Herring Winner, 2014 BBVA Open Talent Finalist / New Banking Category and many more. ininal has been voted as The Fintech of the Year of 2019 by Webrazzi Prizes.

We are looking for a CRM & Marketing Analytics Specialistto be a part of our growing, developing and inspiring marketing team.


What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable, top-tier university in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or Economics, MBA is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Analytics, Strategy, Business Development
  • Experience in financial technologies, especially payment systems, technology, banking/finance sectors is preferred
  • Proficiency with analytical data analysis using advanced statistical tools such as SQL, Python, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver insightful ideas and draw findings from figures
  • Ability to think creatively with an ‘outside the box’ approach
  • Growth Hacking mindset
  • Strong communication skills to persuade both internal and external stakeholders on strategic issues
  • Communicate quantitative information in a clear and informative manner
  • Ability to think innovative and creatively, keep up with new trends and technologies


What you will do

  • Analyze & interprete data and reports to identify trends, issues and opportunities and generate actionable insights to improve kpis and overall performance
  • Develop CRM activities in order to build customer loyalty
  • Deliver customer insights and make recommendations by performing data analysis and post activity evaluations
  • Responsible for identifying different customer personas, and carrying out the optimization of CRM/marketing activities based on customer profiling and segmentation
  • Undertake spontaneous initiation of any analysis that can generate customer insight or operational projects to add value to the customer relationship
  • Serve as a custodian of customer database, and responsible for the maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly reporting of KPI
  • Responsible for hands-on modeling and analysis of marketing campaigns to determine the best mix of channels and offering
  • Identify, recommend, and implement quality and efficient improvements to CRM processes.
  • Carry out the strategic planning and implementation of campaign management processes that optimize customer loyalty and lifetime value
  • Quantitatively forecast & assess the impact of all marketing activities
  • Have knowledge on digital marketing and related analytical tools to manage activities including digital performance marketing and SEO
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships with IT, operations, finance and all 3rd party vendorsincluding agencies, solution and business partners
  • Control and follow up of product-based online & offline marketing activities within the budget plan
  • Follow up marketing activities in the sector, market dynamics, competitors and development of competitive products
  • Conduct periodic benchmark analyses and research trends in local & global payments market
  • Develop new marketing strategies based on market research results and new product
  • Keep follow and recommend new media/channel/technology usage, try and learn from each
