 We are looking for “ORDER ENTRY SPECIALIST” for our business partner who operates internationally.  

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration departments,
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar positions,
• Fluency in English and/or French- Arabic,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

İŞ TANIMI

• Manual Order Entry (phone, mail, and fax) according to the latest customer requirements, based on business rules,
• Non-Standard Order Entry (Consignment, Samples, Free Stock etc),
• Review log for automatic order creation and solve the problems to be able to create the sales order or create a service request for other specialists to assist in resolving the issue,
• Communicate with Customer Facing Specialist when there is any issue with saving the order entry/processing (automatic)
