Qualifications:

Graduated from Computer Engineering and related engineering departments of universities,
Minimum 3 years of similar experience,
Experienced in CRM, campaign and order management systems,
Good knowledge of PL / SQL,
Good knowledge of Java / Java EE,
Knowledge of software development processes,
Preferably knowledge about
source control tools; GIT, SVN,
Having knowledge about Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) methods
Researcher with advanced problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
Can work in harmony with internal and external customers,
Strong communication skills, high persuasion skills
Not afraid to take the initiative,
Good command of English,
Ability to work under stress,


JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • To carry out domain ownership, analysis, maintenance support and additional development activities of CRM solutions (Campaign, Complaint, Order Management etc.),
  • Efficient tracking and vendor management to carry out maintenance activities such as error correction,
  • Preparation of periodic reports on the performance of the process,
  • Identification and elimination of application problems that can be solved without the need for advanced technical knowledge,
  • If advanced technical knowledge is required, contact the supplier by conducting a technical preliminary analysis.
