SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor or Master’s degree required, preferably in a quantitative field including Statistics, Engineering, Economics or Management;
-Preferably 2 years of experience with hands-on data analytics and problem-solving ability;
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics;
-SQL knowledge and basic understanding of databases;
-Passionate about analytics and data-driven marketing;
-Excellent verbal, analytical, leadership and written communication skills;
-Ability to manage multiple projects at one time;
-Highly analytical and detail-oriented;
-Intellectually curious with a strong willingness to learn.
-Develop and oversee customers’ usage and success rate of Insider Applications;
-Provide analysis and insight for daily customer meetings;
-Play Liaison Role for organizing and presenting Partner Success Team’s contribution to product development processes;
-Preparing and developing weekly usage reports and analysis and share these analysis with relevant internal parties;
-Delivering segmentation of Insider Customers and reporting and analyzing it on a weekly basis;
-Working closely with development team to add, update and verify implementation of analytics tracking on Insider Applications;
-Providing CRM reports for tracking Partner Success Team field activities;
-Develop reports and make actionable recommendations for Insider Customers based on Insider data metrics.
