As the Finance Business Partner in Insider day in and day out you;

will be the first point of contact for the region in terms of all Finance & Business Support Department related topics,

will support and challenge Insider’s Global Sales and Customer Success teams during the forecast/planning cycles with responsibility for forecast accuracy,

will manage and develop a budget for your region especially for headcount planning and expense budgeting,

will report on actual financial results against targets, provide analysis of variances, assist in guidance on future trends, and present findings to Finance leadership and the Executive team,

will be responsible for accounts payable management,

will manage the global collection and billing teams and mentor them,

will be developing and implementing improvements to the collection process to achieve the DSO targets.

We want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you:

have 6+ years in relevant fields (Experience in a SaaS company is an advantage),

have prior experience at a Big 4 public accounting firm preferred,

have hands-on experience in operating and implementing finance information systems,

are a proactive and self-directed person and you take initiatives when necessary,

love working in a multicultural environment, and have an excellent command of English to communicate effectively,

have strong communication skills,

are familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing, and challenging startup environment.
