We are now looking for a dynamic, organized, enthusiastic, self-starter to join our team. The person who takes this position will be positioned in Istanbul office.

Skills & Requirements

• Graduated in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or Related Fields,
• Preferably experienced in a related environment,
• Preferably experience with multiple countries regulation (an ideally with TR regulation),
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment,
• Ability to manage ambiguity, while fostering an example of professionalism and leadership,
• A high level of accuracy and attention to details,
• Strong follow-up on multi-tasks, communication skills, analytical and reporting skills,
• Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Job Description

• Assuming responsibility for the end-to-end personnel affairs, residence permit, work permit,
• Coordinating with immigration consultants regarding visa applications & renewals,
• Assisting relocated team members for their pre and post arrival processes,
• Arranging periodic events for expatriated team members,
• Preparing and controlling all the data for personnel affairs and maintain mobile employee HRIS database,
• Coordinating all aspects of international moves into Insider regions including relocation, expense reimbursements and onboarding,
• Executing all matters pertaining to personnel for hiring and exiting process of employees and maintaining and updating personnel files,
• Preparing reports about Labor Law and SGK, deliver to related parties,
• Supporting Finance team with mobility solutions, participating and managing related HR projects
