We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented individual as the Grants Manager. This person will provide day-to-day support to our strategic grants portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with the ability to prioritize competing demands, establish trust and strong relationships across multiple individuals and business units, and bring an enthusiasm for building and evolving strong operations.

• 4-6 years of work experience in operational roles, including accounting or finance, sales operations, business, or high volume grants administration
• Previous experience in grants management, including an understanding of grant-making requirements,
• Detail-oriented combined with strong analytical skills and project management experience
• Familiar and comfortable working in Excel
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Turkish)
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Tech-savvy with an interest and ability to learn new software applications quickly

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing and supporting the grants requirement and implementation for the organization
• Keep the relevant staff informed about upcoming deadlines and deliverables, thereby ensuring smooth completion of work responsibilities
• Identify and develop strategies to optimize the grants administration processes
• Perform relevant research to identify available grant opportunities and evaluate the results
• Monitor paperwork and other related documents connected with grant-funded programs
• Maintain records of all payments and receivables and prepare monthly records for all grant related activities
• Train and support new staff on grants management and reporting requirements, and provide ongoing support and guidance on systems and workflows
