• Supports the Human Resource team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.

• Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.

• Create, improve, and automate standard reports and develop new reports

• Ensure accuracy, insightfulness and ease of understanding analytics reports provided

• Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.

• Develop statistical models to support HR Analytics offerings and solutions.

• Understand HR data and create models for operational dashboards, predictive analysis and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics and other fields that require analytical skills, 
  
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills,

• Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, HR business processes and ATS tool,

• At least 2 years of experience in analytics,
• Must have analysis and synthesis skills,
• Must have excellent knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint etc.
• Should have experience with conducting research using basic statistics,
• Excellent command both spoken and written English,
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively,
• Ability yo work both independently and in groups when needed,
• Must be agile, flexible and a fast learner,
• Must have problem solving skills,
• Must be confident in presenting data.
