JOB DESCRIPTION: 

•  Building and implementing a structure for employees' visa process, business trips records,
• Arranging reservations and routing for them at the request of employees, 
• Scheduling flights for employees and helping them reach their destination via the best route and at the lowest cost, 
• Examining passenger tickets or passports to direct passenger to the specified area for loading 
• Ensuring the continuity of operations, purchase etc. to manage the processes,
• Dealing professionally, courteously and tactfully with the public and coworkers,
• Maintaining a current working knowledge of all events, services, and procedures by reviewing event information sheets and posted or verbal communication, 
• Processing and reporting on destination expenses.

 SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• Graduate in Business Administration, Tourism Management or related fields. 
• Preferably experienced in aTicketing Agency
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment, 
• Ability to manage ambiguity, while fostering an example of professionalism and leadership, 
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, 
• Strong follow-up on multi-tasks, communication skills, analytical and reporting skills, Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach, 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Proficiency in MS Office applications, 
• Solve problems quickly and easily.
