We are now looking for a dynamic, organized, enthusiastic, self-starter to join our team. The person who takes this position will be positioned in Istanbul office.

We are looking for researchers who will work  for our fast growing start-up and help our People and Culture team to search and connect to candidates via LinkedIn, save returns to our applicant tracking system. 

Job Description:

- Cooperation with the management team in developing talent and implement effective HR

- Expanding and creating pipelines for all positions

- Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)

- Taking an active role in ongoing HR projects  by supporting recruitment processes 

- Posting job ads to job boards and social media platforms

 Skills & Requirements:

- Students in related field

- Able to work minimum 3 days/week

- Willing to Human Resources and working with people

- Good command of written and spoken English

- Result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills
