But that’s the thing that makes the difference between storytellers & story makers; the things that grab your soul.A Technical Support Engineer (Mobile) in Insider day in and day out:

    • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to mobile app integration and SDK reported by partners and internal teams.
    • Conducting research on ecosystem trends, competitor analysis, upstream software changes, and deepening domain knowledge.
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest mobile app development trends and technologies.
    • Developing prototypes and analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
    • Helping to the maintaining the current SDKs and suggesting necessary improvements to development teams.
    • Participating in departmental, team, and company events as appropriate. Most are optional. Conducting compliance activities and other duties as may be required.
    • Guiding partners and team members according to the SDK documentation and Demo Projects to be in use externally by partners.

We want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you have:

    • Technical skills in mobile app development and integration.
    • Experience with developing applications for one or more of the following technologies: Android, iOS, React Native, Flutter, or similar technologies.
    • Experience interacting with RESTful APIs.
    • Experience about SDK integration process, Client Libraries, or other app developer tools.
    • Broad knowledge of development environments and agile methodologies.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Excellent documentation read & write skills as a developer needs.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
