INTEC ENERGY – INTERNAL AUDITOR

INTEC Energy Solutions is a pioneering service provider in Consultancy, Solar Energy EPC (Engineering – Procurement – Construction), and Operation & Maintenance. With a foundation of Germany-based solar power plant planning and implementation, our specialized team works with clients across the globe to use the energy produced by solar power systems to improve all aspects of life. As an international company, we are looking for an Internal Auditor.

QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, and other related fields,
•  Minimum 3 years of professional experience in internal audit
•  Comprehensive knowledge of internal controls and leading business practices as well as strong auditing skills,
•  Experience in data science tools (SQL, Python, business intelligence applications like Power BI)
•  Excellent command of both written and spoken English
•  Good command of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel
•  Excellent interpersonal skills with a result-oriented approach
•  Strong reporting, analysis, and follow-up skills
•  Proficiency in any ERP is an asset,
•  Having professional certificates (SMMM, CIA) is a plus, (not mandatory)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Performing business process reviews, evaluating risks and effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls,
•  Following up on audit findings and other defined deficiencies,
•  Reviewing the company processes and making sure that they are in line with related laws, legal regulations, and internal procedures,
•  Conducting operational, financial, and compliance audits following company policies and procedures, local regulations, and international standards,
•  Preparing ad-hoc internal audit reports,
•  Identifying improvement areas and developing recommendations,
•  Execute audit procedures (management-, system-, financial-, compliance- and operational audits),
•  Identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting processes and procedures,
•  Preparing audit reports and follow-up plans including suggestions,
•  Assist in the preparation of the risk-based internal audit plan,
•  Identifying risky areas where fraud may occur, and taking necessary actions to prevent any losses,
•  Reviewing the processes and systems continuously to ensure adherence with legal and regulatory standards,
