Creative director is responsible for leading a team of thinkers and doers, will bring a mix of marketing expertise and business understanding to the position, promoting our company and that of our valued clients. 

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Oversee and contribute to creative campaigns, ensuring designers and developers are producing work to a very high standard
  
• Deliver campaigns which will increase brand recognition, increase rankings and more
• Manage day-to-day activity of the creative team and timely delivery of projects.
  
• Oversee multiple projects from pitch through to final product development
• Create concepts, sketches, graphics and high-fidelity executions for marketing campaigns
• Understand and respond to performance data and steer the direction of future creative designs
• Meet with clients and upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions.
  
• Remain up to date with awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms.
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent Leadership and Critical Thinking
• Experience of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of design lifecycle
• Can create original creative ideas and well-developed concepts to meet briefs
• Can manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently in a deadline-driven process
