We are now looking for enthusiastic and talented people to join the team in Istanbul as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant/s.We welcome both junior and senior professionals.

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for:

-Participate in the analysis of the business processes and the requirements of the customers
-Take part in the design and presentations of solutions for the system configuration
-Implement and test the designed solution
-Prepare projects documentation
-Support the implemented solution.

Valuable and wanted, competencies & skills, you need to have:

-University degree in Economics or IT
-Relevant experience in the area of consulting, services or B2B
-Experience as a consultant or user of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM solution
-Knowledge and understanding of the main sales, marketing and customer service business processes
-Good command of English
-Strong customer orientation
-Well-developed communication skills
-Readiness to work in a dynamic environment
