QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
General Qualifications:- University degree from a reputable university preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong track-record of project management with the successful licencing of impactful customer-facing games
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to efficiently deliver high-quality features and experiences under tight time.
- Strong experience in communicating effectively with clients, business partners and top management.
- Wide network of contacts in the game industry (i.e. development houses, game publishers, design studios, analytics, etc).
- Strong knowledge of current local demands/trends in gaming.
- Strong Gaming Market experience and competition knowledge.
- General understanding of pricing methods
- Excellent communication and bargaining capabilities
- Team oriented, but with an ability to work independently; a self-starter
- Excellent level of written and spoken English

The Game Producer will work closely with the acquisition teams in developing and managing all of the company’s game development and assets licensing initiatives. The role will oversee projects from inception to launch as well as the further development and operations of the game post launch throughout the entire product life cycle.
JOB DESCRIPTION: - Actively manage and maintain relationships with external license holders
- Manage product life cycle process across each phase in acquisition, licencing, ensuring the release of the game and providing maintenance
- Manage external publishing and development of games or licensing of assets from inception to launch via external publishers.
- Research and communicate game market trends, patterns, and customer requirements
- Facilitate / coordinate the relationship between Acquisition team and external license holders
- Plan all tasks and assets within a project and ensure the project’s stated balance of quality, time, and budget.
- Coordinate with Game Development, Commercial and Marketing teams to gather information about and understand various market needs for new product development
- Conducting stakeholder interviews around game projects.
- Streamlining feedback from content experts and internal game teams/producers.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of product information on websites and social channels
- Assist with various Marketing activities including communications, media & events
- Monitor and evaluate competitive applications and products to maintain a thorough knowledge of the industry and the Company’s competitive environments.
